If you have residency in the EU, you could try Raisin

If you have no EU residency, you won't be able to open an account with Raisin Europe, and probably not with any other EU provider, either. There is no facility in the UK for Euro savings. Though you could deposit your Euros in a Starling Bank current account. 0% interest up to €49,999.99, and negative interest from €50,000 upwards.
