I have given up trying to set up this account after a month, continual cycle of login fails, input ambiguity, resets by post ........ Maybe they regretted offering the whopping 0.45%!!

@CliffinForres - I've had the same issue.I applied for the account in March - interest rate on >25k was 0.45% - and waited a month for log-in and account opening delays and problems to be resolved.If you opened the account when the rate was 0.45% they will honour it.And there have been delays on this one whereas in the past admin at their end has always been smooth IME.1

I spoke too soon - five weeks and counting this Escaltor Instant is still messed up in their clunky online systems.So I'm walking away now - it's just not worth the time-wasting effort for such slim pickings.0
