LBC - Followed newbie thread but then this ....

Options
I recieved a LBC letter from vehicle control services for a parking ticket for stopping in a no waiting zone for 1 minute whilst dropping someone off to an airport over 2 years ago, I waited until receiving this before actioning anything and sent a SAR request following the newbie thread advice , sent this by recorded delivery and have proof of this and the signature that someone received this on the 2nd April.

Heard nothing until the weekend just gone when I have received a letter from ELMS legal saying that they are now taking action against this ticket ?

I have nothing back from the SAR and this will expire within 2 weeks now, is there anything I need to do or do I just sit it out ?

Normally we don't recommend sending anything by post that requires a signature because the scammers could refuse to sign for it and then will have proof it was never received.
The scammers have 30 days to respond, so they are not out of time yet.
This assumes the keeper provided proof of ID with the SAR. Without it, the scammers are not obliged to respond.

Which airport? Have you looked at the various airport "no stopping" threads you can find on this forum?

As for the LBC, have you found the guide to court written by bargepole that is in the second post of the NEWBIES? This is a step by step guide from LBC to the court hearing.

Make a complaint to the Airport and maybe they'll get it cancelled, if not then read loads of VCS Airport threads, they are all the same.  Winnable in court.
