Problem Accessing E-mail

I am a virgin customer,this morning I tried to log on for my e-mail and I got a page stating "error occurred,please try again later" this has happened each time I have tried since.My broadband connection seems to be working perfectly.I have tried ringing virgin throughout the day but they are constantly busy.Anyone got any advice or suggestions.Thankyou.

You're not alone, I'm getting the same thing. You could probably ring customer support but I can't imagine it would do any good. Probably just have to be patient I'm afraid.Fiscal drag, that's my problem. Too many people dragging on my fiscals.0
