I've been offered and accepted a PPI compensation through RBS themselves. I accepted their offer on the 27th January and they said it would take 28 days to sort out the payment to me. Well fast forward to now and I've had nothing. When I call I get told they can't find out what's taking so long and its with their finance department who are working through a back log. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have any idea how I can find out what's going on and when I will get my payment??? Thanks
