Faulty Item Replacement Out of Stock

Hi I purchased a JML iWalk in October which developed a fault over the Christmas period. I contacted JML on 4th Jan 2021 and was told the item was out of stock and they are expecting a delivery at the end of the month. I waited and contacted them again in Feb and arranged to return the item and expected a replacement by end of Feb as still out of stock. In March I contacted them again and asked for a refund and was told I am not entitled to a refund but a replacement. I was told stock arriving end of March. I am still waiting. Can anyone please advise me what I can do. Do I have any rights. Its over 3 months now that I have requested a replacement and just want the item or a refund so I can purchase another treadmill. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If they've acknowledged it's faulty you're entitled to a refund if you want one.  Did you pay by card, by any chance? If so, get the card company involved.
  • Thanks for your reply I did pay by debit card but JML said I had the item for more than 30 days so no refund.
