NHS Redundancy Terms 1998 needed for a claim

I've just received a "we are reviewing your rejected PPI claim" letter from my bank for a claim that was rejected eight years ago.  I've been asked for some details, I was an NHS employee at the time with 12 years service.  Fortunately most for the information they want is on my full CV (I have a base CV with everything on it that I trim for a particular application).

The one thing I'm not sure of was the NHS redundancy terms in place at the time. I'm pretty sure they have changed now but it was probably Whitley standard at the time. I have tried searching this forum and google and either they aren't there or I'm using the wrong search terms.
