Persimmon cheap quality fight back

I have bought my new build and have moved in. I am having issues with this new build and having trouble resolving some of them.
1. All windows trickle vent are cheap and when closed still alot of draft come through. Winter is the worst. They spit back they met building regulations.
2. I have very cold room which they have come to test and check insulation and say it is full of insulation however the room is colder than anything else in the house. Winter time the room is not useable. They said they can send someone to test who I believe will just max heating untill room temp hits 18 degrees.
3. Patio doors have alot of draft coming through. They send same engineer 3 times does a little bit but not perfect or quality of what brand new should be. One hinge corner has gap, i can see light through it.
4. I have complained with quality and resolution times and requested response from director but cannot get past sales/care team.
5. Repaired sink support under worktop with scrapwood painted in white. Looks like cowboy builders job
6. Also took part in retention scheme which was a waste of money and had no benefit as i did not know it only applies to issues within 7 days. This was never mention to me.
These are just some I have had others.
How else can i fight back to rectify these

We had one room colder than the others at our old house, try balancing the radiators.Bonez14 said:

But I think sometimes it can be the position of the one room, constantly shaded but on the corner of the house where prevailing winds are etc.0 -
When we moved into a new house afew years ago the first thing I did was to remove the exterior covers from the vents and tape them over then replace the covers.
The patio doors you can get thicker rubber seals, not too difficult to slide the old ones out and the new ones in.
Hire a decent thermal camera and see where the cold spots are in the room, I have used joss sticks to film the smoke and draughts to show the builders the draught that came in under the window cill.0 -
If this was the case. Then all rooms on each floor should be the same or similar temp. I sleep right below this room and is hotter than a normal room. Both rooms directly below this room are warm. With and without heating.JJR45 said:

What kind of argument can i make to get them to inspect amd fix this humanely0 -
You might have to get it inspected yourself. If you haven't been there long, get a snagging report. Google and try to find support groups, I believe there's a facebook presence for unhappy buyers of Persimmon homes.0

On the patio door, I know its not what you want to hear - but they are easily adjustable and you could do this with yourself as long as you have some screwdrivers and hex keys. Search youtube for videos on adjusting patio doors - you'll find plenty. Each hinge, plus parts of the lock mechanism will move in several directions, allowing the door to fit. I had to adjust my own patio door a few months after installation as it all settled/sagged with weight, changing seasons and use.0
