Zopa investment

My father passed away last February 2020. He invested in Zopa. Trying to get information or statements or his money has not been possible. I got the power of executive but Zopa refuse to provide any money statements or to change the investment out of his name. I have no records other than they confirmed he invested. We reported it to the ombudsman’s but they are overloaded and we still haven’t received any news. I can’t believe they are allowed to keep it in his name plus they asked me for my bank details passport certificate from probate and then sent it back and forth in a email with no care for my details. They said they pay me monthly investments I have had nothing as I said above. What should I be focusing my complaint on it seems so much to get your head around please thank you

Have you actually provided the documentation they requested? 

There certainly have been problems getting money out of P2P over the last year even for those of us still in the land of the living.
