Ex-friend making online gambling accounts in my name?

Thank you everybody for your advice.

I do suspect that this ex friend will move on to taking out catalogues in my name and other credit accounts. He has managed to do this before with a catalogue called Studio, that was around 2015. I only found out as I get a debt collector letter. I managed to get that sorted and off my credit score. What peed me off is that he used to own address to have the kitchen stuff delivered to his house which is a different address to mine and he must of used his own bank account details and they still let him have credit.

Ideally if he is impersonating me and used his own debit card to set these accounts up I want them to put a Cifas marker against him, would this be possible?
