CleverSpa Drama

Hi all!

So I'll try and get to the point,

I bought a clever spa from the range for £699 on 30th March 2021.

I tried to register the warranty but the website doesn't allow you to do this. (Having worked for an extended warranty firm in the past I know this is usually just process to try and get your details to try and flog you a warranty)

Anyway after a couple of days the hot tub stopped heating. We've researched online and replaced the filter in hopes this rectified the issue, but I'm here so I guess you know it didn't.

The range is referring me to CleverSpa who just do not respond to anything. Calls, emails etc.

What can I do?

    Go back to The Range and reject it, it's faulty.  And it's their problem to sort out, not the manufacturer.

    Your consumer rights are with The Range.

    If you are within 30 days of purchase then you can reject your purchase.
