Cleaning plastic guttering and drain pipes?

The place I've moved into hasn't had any care in the 20yrs since it was built.
There are stains from moss, dirt build up and what looks like mastic wiped from a fill many years ago.
I can see lots of cleaning stuff online but don't know where to start as they all advertise as 'perfect; - or is there something more household?
So far I've just used water, sometimes a little white vinegar but would like to get the down pipe joints a little whiter and any other bits possible. Would be grateful for any ideas or recommendations

Great start!I have heard of Stardrops but never seen it. I have seen Elbow greace in the local diy shop.I've never had plastic guttering and pipes so it's a learning curve because I don't want to discolour it. .

UPVC window fitters use stuff like https://www.toolstation.com/everbuild-pvcu-solvent-cleaner/p31464 to clean off all sorts.

We've just got a Toolstation built on a beautiful field :'(But maybe this would be a good bet. Out tomorrow to see which I can find. The pipes really are grim from neglect.
