Reseting Paypal Credit?

When I first opened my PayPal Credit account I had a decent limit, which based on their T&Cs they can reset at any point. As I wasn't using the service as much, a couple of years back they decreased my limit and there's no way on their side to increase it apparently as it's done automatically. Two questions for the wonderful people of the forum: 1. Any suggestions on how to increase the limit? For context I pay the credit each month in full - no need for those interest payments! 2. Has anyone ever closed their PP Credit account and then opened a new one again? If yes, did that increase/decrease the credit limit or did it stay the same?

You can close it, wait 30 days then reopen again. I've done it. The reverse was my case - opened with a £700 limit which wasn't enough so they advised me to close it and open again in 30 days and my limit would be better based on internal records. The following month I logged in and clicked to apply and was offered £6400 limit. This was 2020 for clarity. I did have the £700 limit for a year though so had history of good repayments.1

I'm not sure when to use paypal credit.
Currently paying dell xps 99 12 months, though hopefully 250 per month to clear much sooner.
What and how are mser's making use of what initially seems to be endless 0% offers.
