Lendy - 25% of balance Missing

Having completed my monthlies, I logged into Lendy to check for any pennies that had dribbled through.

To my surprise 25% of my balance has disappeared without trace. Statements, loan sales etc = no evidence of its whereabouts.

The amount is equivalent to the old loan parts that I had up for sale.

I've contacted Lendy/administrators on the 2 e-mail addresses I have for them - no response as yet.


Has anyone else experienced this?

A positive update regarding the above issue. Lendy admins responded saying they would get the IT dept to look into it. While I have had no further correspondence I checked in today and the missing funds are now back in my account.

Thanks for the update.

Personally I hadn’t noticed anything, probably because I rarely even bother to login to Lendy when doing my monthly calcs as I’ve written the money off already.
