We want to part exchange our house for a new development in the Glasgow area. We dont really want to start a chain especially at this time of the year so if anyone can point me in the right direction or give me tips on how to get a part exchange in a development we might see are the builders flexible???
Thanks All

Whichever way you do it, you may not get the best price for you current house. Might be worth gettting some agents round for comparison.0
