Warm Home Discount - Transfer from Green Network Energy to Eon. No information

I am worried about my Warm Home Discount. Back last Novemebr I applied to Green Network Energy under disabled/low income criteria and all I ever had back was a note in my app that said "your claim is being processed". Nothing Since.

On contacting eon all they say is "they will honour all accepted claims by Green Network" .. but I cannot find out if my claim WAS accepted, although it should have been as it has been every other year. Eon just keep saying we cannot do anything until accounts set up, but my eon account is set up and they have set up DD and meter readings. That £140 makes a huge difference to us with old electric storage heating that our HA will not upgrade. Any advice?
