Who do think has better rates than Nationwide?
i don't, though was happy to proceed with habito/tcb fixed 2 yrs  1.44 995 fee.
What did NW have on the table.

Changing because you fancy a change is something you do with underwear.

    Nationwide usually are very competitive.
I've a few weeks yet, though Natwide are 1.99 1 yr tracker
    1.74 2 yr Fix erc 2% 1%
    etc.

Probably 2 year fix as local council offer a phone call each year, not much hope being offered any home to rent.

Decided 2 year fix is next mortgage swap with existing Nationwide.
    1.74 from 1st  July.
I should be able to continue with small overpayments to head towards 10 years term or less.
Enjoyed 1.34 tracker whilst it lasted.
