Hi l have just received a Parking charge notice for parking on this road. I have been visiting a patient and have parked here 3 times and never noticed any signs. I certainly look because I am very conscious about parking in the wrong place. My wage packet does not afford me this kind of costly mistake. Now I will get another 2 due to not seeing the signs. On the side of the road I parked there are no sign’s, can I use that as a defence. As I am not the only one who has parked here the signage cannot be very clear. Shall I just appeal to each ticket?0

Please don't ask. .

You are right to Trust Your Gut! The £70 add on by ZZPS/ DCBL etc is a Scam! Loads of cases have been struck out as an Abuse of Process due to these inflated add on fees which amount to Double Recovery. DCBL and OPS are aware of this and have been lambasted by many judges yet still continue to do it!!! ZZPS created this practise. Here is an interview with ZZPS owner Gary Osned arrogantly boasting about creating the model of "admin fees" and using "Mind control" to gaslight people into paying these inflated charges!

That carpark is poorly signposted. The entry signs are angled and the lengthy T&Cs signs which appear to be stuck to the rear are easily obscured by the plants/ palm tree and if a high car, 4x4 or van parks in those bars then it is completely blocked from view. They are also not illuminated or reflective to users in darkness. There are no markings on the ground or elevated signs or repeater signs facing the bays. I would suggest that these signs do not meet the BPA Codes of Practice. I would definitely contest on the grounds of poor signage and abuse of process. I am sure there are other factors evident, but at q quick first glance these are obvious.
