Broken Waterbutt lid

Looking for a way to repair a broken 250 litre waterbutt lid that is in 3 pieces - https://evengreener.com/water-saving/water-butt-accessories/water-butt-link-kit-linkkitx is an image
I have tried superglue which failed because the lid is slightly warped - it is moulded not a simple fllat lid
I think that the fixative needs to be slighty flexible - so fibreglass will not do
Evengreener cannot supply a replacement - the butt is 10 years old +
Any suggestions ?

Piece of wood with a brick on top?
  • Hi, SD.
Turn it upside down so's you're working on the inside, roughly abrade the surfaces a half-inch beyond the split, get some bricks and tape - whatever is needed wrap and pin-down the lid to hold it in position against its warp - and use StixAll. A thin bead on the actual crack edges, press them together and pile on the bricks, and a circumference-wrap of tape if needed - and then add a nice 5+mm-thick layer over the crack, smeared firmly on to the abraded surface spanning the crack.
Give it at least a day to set.
Do it outside in the sun so's the plastic is more pliant.
