New shed. It leaks and not fastened together properly.Shed company have given me some excuses like - it's new and can get damp inside ? Also, you haven't "aired it".
Told them would go to small claims and then was told would be refunded (in a phone conversation)
But today I have been sent an e mail saying the shed is fit for purpose !

Why did you accept a shed that's not "fastened together properly" ?
Get them back to fix it if they are still prepared to talk to you.

How was the shed purchased - I mean was the shed purchased and then separately erected by you, or by someone else - or as part of a package with the shed company?0

Is it meant to be watertight, or just weatherproof? Where's the leak coming from? Photos might help.
If water is still leaking in, then airing it won't help. If water isn't coming in and it's just damp, then airing will help.1 -
Details of the shed would help... Featheredge.. shipap?0

Clearly he hasn't, hence posting on here for advice. If it was that simple to get them to fix it he wouldn't be here.The_Fat_Controller said:Why did you accept a shed that's not "fastened together properly" ?
