Bathroom Bi-fold door?

To lock sliding or bifold doors you can use a hook type latch. If you want a sliding door that opens from the outside you can get handles that close a hooked bolt into a housing (like the bits that hook up on multipoint locking exterior doors). On the outside a coin or special key can open the door. Some accessible toilets have sliding doors and this type of handle, in fact that is the only place I have encountered them and all have been quite industrial in appearance though nicer ones may be available.
A link is worth a thousand words: https://www.e-hardware.co.uk/sliding-door-bathroom-hook-lock-set-with-door-end-pull.html?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIgMz8lLOD8AIVpe_tCh2WRgWaEAQYBSABEgJK8vD_BwE looks more homely than any I've seen in the flesh too.2 -
