Wall crack

Hello
I’ve owned my flat for 11 years. It’s a Victorian ground floor conversion.
My wallpaper is rippled in a couple corners of the front room so I pulled it back in both places to check. I’m planning on getting the whole room re wallpapered and plastered so pulled it back to check. One side is fine.
In this corner, there’s a crack going up the wall and then along the coving.
It starts off as a hairline one and then gets a bit wider and then slimmer again going up.
This left side of the wall leads out externally and the right side where the crack is, is an internal wall.
I’ve had a look in my bedroom which it leads onto and there is no crack on that side.
Should I be worried? What work would you suggest?
Thanks

Partition walls are often not tied in properly to the external walls, so you often find that there is cracking at their junction.1

Ok thanks. Would you suggest replastering?stuart45 said:Partition walls are often not tied in properly to the external walls, so you often find that there is cracking at their junction.0 -
You mentioned that you were getting the room plastered and decorated. Would that just be a few patches of plaster, or the whole room?
You could just expose the crack to see more and then fill the crack and make good the plaster.0 -
There are just a couple of areas where I’ve had damp and had that corrected from the outside. I wanted to replaster those areas so just patches.stuart45 said:You mentioned that you were getting the room plastered and decorated. Would that just be a few patches of plaster, or the whole room?
