Good morning and happy Friday ☕️🍫📚
Today is my pocket money reset…£10 shuffled to savings and back to £50 for the next week. 

I’d like to go to Lidl today, but MrWW won’t thank me if I go while he’s sleeping as the hound will mither and complain all the time that I’m gone. ‘Oh cruel mummy, why have you left me all on my own, boo hoo hoo’. If I can still be bothered to go when he’s up, she’ll just sit sulkily in the porch until I get back. I have a fancy for one of their pre packed lunch bowl salads which is equally oddly healthy and overpriced (but only if you want to eat egg and ham hock / prawn salad every day by making them up from scratch, which I don’t). I’d also like to stock up on some of their wine in cans (classy me 🤣) as I only have an odd glass, so a bottle gets wasted. I used to get acceptable ones from my fave on line retailer, but they have doubled in price since Christmas and I don’t like them that much! 

So anyway, we shall see! Maybe I’ll go later or maybe I won’t 😬

Oh, I like the Lidl cheese salad bowls!  Only buy them rarely as, as you say, overpriced for what they are, and I try to avoid single use plastic, but definitely on the healthier side of my treat spectrum!

Good point @Elisheba. I have moved from single use plastics in the bathroom, but struggle avoiding it with food.

Well I have finally got to the end of your diary…..on the way I have bought chocolate, biscuits, new strap for fitbit and checked out lots of bags. 

I will subscribe, but may have to cancel if my shopping habits change too much 😂😂

Today the 24 cans of American cream soda arrived (£7 from my goto online shop) and a box of galaxy caramel bars we will share this month (along with plenty of last months left overs). Not a spend though as the were bought last week. I did go to Lidl and am now the proud owner of a cheese salad bowl, a chicken and bacon salad bowl, some cans of sparkling wine (2 pink, 2 white), some nice malted bread and various MrWW bits for his shifts. As this is classed as ‘food shopping’ (which I hadn’t), MrWW is sending me the money back…so I can declare today a no spend day (no.4) and still have goodies 😁
