Good morning and happy bank holiday Monday ☕️📚🍫🧁
Today we are going out for lunch, which is good as i haven’t really been anywhere this long weekend, apart from the petrol station with dog! 

I have spent £20 on a box of easi yo natural yoghurt sachets, as the flavours of the ones I got are quite strong. I think I’ll prefer to add my own toppings. This has come from my weekly pocket money. I still have £20 left for the week. If I don’t spend it, I’ll shuffle it to my ‘things I want’ pot. This is currently running at £25, but when it gets big I can buy something huge (no idea what 🤣 a new car? A house? A spaceship?).
Anyhow I must go and brush my hair and put a nice top on, so I don’t get mistaken for a homeless person when we go for lunch. I hope you all have a fabulous day ☕️🧀🍟🍲

Good luck @jokono Ikea is so tempting with all the little bits that hardly cost anything but when you add them all up you have spent a fortune.

If you don't create chaos in the store will you be rewarded with an ice cream? 🍦

I used to love ikea….I don’t think it’s possible to leave without buying anything.

I don’t think IKEA is a shop you pop to to look around. You always end up with something. 2000 tea lights typically!

🤣 and a pack of tea towels, some drinking glasses and a cactus for good measure.
I used to be drawn to the little food section after the checkouts…a bag full of marabou chocolate tubes, mini daimes, weird biscuits…..

We came back home with a lazy susan (does anyone know why it's called that?), 3 wooden tongues, some s hooks and a pack of oat biscuits. 
We went looking for shoe cabinets and/or a shallow warderobe to tidy our hallway. What we liked wasn't in stock or was too deep, we don't have a lot of space. I might play with the pax design tool on their website.

apparently Susan was a common maids name and as you did the work yourself it was a lazy maid, so lazy Susan….so says google 😁 oh to have a maid called Susan, or any maid 😂
