After the missing order this time I will also definitely be only going via Amazon direct. The sellers have finally agreed it is lost and have promised a refund…so I have ordered more from Amazon direct and as it was a smaller box I also added a box of minstrels…not an NSD today 😬

I bought some tea lights from a third party seller on Amazon back in December and never received them. They are apparently “on their way but late” 🙄

My replacement cat biscuits from last month are also ‘on their way, but late’….they were a replacement for lost ones that finally turned up 3 weeks later, so I can’t request a refund as the replacements are £0 😬 thank goodness the originals turned up, I’d have had a mutiny (or a mewtiny 🤣)
Cant you kick up a stink about the tea lights?
I went through a phase of ordering tiny craft things from China that turned up 3 months after I’d forgotten I’d ordered them 😬

Good morning and happy Friday 🍫📚☕️🌺
Yesterday was a spendy day as I ordered next months pet food (as I saw it on offer) and the chocolate, so today should be nothing at all. I allocate £250 a month for pet food and pretty much spent all of it, it will be borrowed from savings and paid back straight away on payday. I could get away with a lot less, but they all have a treat habit and it brings joy to their little days.
My neck/back/shoulder seems a little better and I slept more last night so that’s good, but I did tweak it moving a cat just now…he was deliberately blocking dog so she couldn’t jump on the bed 🙄
I hope you all have fabulous Fridays ⭐️🌸☕️

I know 😬 I seem to have plenty of some items in stock, so I’ll try and just do a half order for October and save the difference. I do like to have a fair bit in though, as deliveries aren’t always reliable and pets are not understanding when you run out of something they fancy 🙄

It's coming up to winter too when deliveries may not get through. This is probably stock up time then run it down from January onwards - that's what I do anyway. I'm lucky that my supposedly posh cat has simple tastes which at the moment are supermarket bacon medallions and any bits of the HT's partner's doner kebab that she can scrounge. Our other cat wouldn't touch hooman fud but this one would sit at the table and wait to be served if we'd let her. We do feed her properly and the thought of running out of cat food makes me go hot and cold all over 😂
  • Thanks @CRANKY40, yes the thought of running out is really frightening! Our old boy lives mainly on tuna and chicken, but the others like the pricier cat foods, more cat treats than you’d think they could hold and just one has a ‘sticky’ habit, practically inhaling cat treat sticks and screaming at anyone who is anywhere near his stash to indicate his level of starvation.
Pup would like to eat everything, but we try to get low fat versions of her dog food and treats in the hope the vet won’t tell us off for her podge  (they always do)….she also snaffles anything the cats drop and begs piteously for ours 😕

Good morning and happy Saturday 🌸☕️🌺
I am aiming for NSD13 today and am confident I can hit my target of 15 this month. The chocolate is out for delivery (woohoo), but the refund for the last lot hasn’t hit my account yet. It always takes longer to come back than it does to go out!
Im not sure what I’ll do today as I’m still broken 🤣 I do hope to do a bit more than read and eat!
Does anybody watch Strictly? As usual I know hardly any of the line up, but generally once it gets going we start to like different characters and get quite invested.
We both really love Ghosts, but we binged series 3 as soon as it landed on iplayer…ooops.
I hope you all have wonderful Saturdays ☕️🍫📚

I like Strictly :)  I know a few this time, but most I don't.  It's always nice to get to know them as the series goes on.

    Have a good day :)
