    You have to be firm but clear.
    I appreciate its hard, and there was a post on here saying something like don't bury your head you have to deal with it. PLEASE REMEMBER YOU DO NOT. 

    You've seen just the smallest part of how companies deal with a bereavement, the moment they have a name /address you can bet you'll get letters and calls.

    You do not have to give your details.

    If you want to inform people send an email or letter but leave off your contract details.

    Or better still, just return to sender.
