Help to buy isa

I don't do online banking and all I get when I have put money in is a receipt saying how much I have put it but no total amount in the isa! I was expecting to get an April summary saying the year's progress and yet nothing has come! Is it normal to be expected to keep putting money into an account that let's face it could be hacked on their end and have no proof whatsoever that I have NOT withdrawn any money? After all, computers are always right!

Contact your H2B ISA provider and specifically request an account statement. It's possible an EOFY summary might be in the mail already, but you also might have to specifically request it.

I think its utterly ridiculous that I keep putting money in they give me a receipt say how much I have put in and yet provide me with no proof of how much is even in there, would they trust me to say I was withdrawing a certain amount and take it out of the till myself? I miss days of a book that you had printed :'(  Thanks, I will bring that up with them to see what they say.
