Claiming back a service that we did not receive on credit card.

Hi,
I am just after some advice, we had a holiday planned to Chamonix, France at the end of May 2021, and the flights have been cancelled.
I've received a full refund from all parties, apart from the French transfer company, we did pay the super saver rate so not entitled to a refund.
So I am wondering if this can be claimed back on my credit card under section 75, if so do I do this now or wait until when I would have had the service.
Thanks in advance.

If the transfer service is still available then I see no valid claim under S75 for a refund.0

If the transfers are still operating then your option 'may' be your travel insurance but will depend on the policy0

Are the transfer company in breach of contract?1

Did the transfer cost more than £100?Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. The service is presumably available to be used. With the super saver being a non refundable non transferable booking. Which you were aware of when you chose it.
Your inability to use the service is your issue.0 -
Well ... I think you have had your answer @Tunst81. Highly unlikely you would be likely to get a refund unless the company agree to.Hopefully it isn’t a big amount and as you say, you have received the majority back, write it off.0
