Hi
Not sure what category to put this under but i was given a small stake in a company I work for. They say we haven't made a profit for a number of yrs so there's no dividends but I think otherwise. Is there anyway to find out without going to them and asking?

You could check on companies house but you would need a bit of knowledge to understand a small company’s year end accounts as probably only balance sheet submitted. If you have a stake in the company why are you reticent in asking for a copy of the year end accounts?0
