Seller refuses to give return address

I bought some shoes on Instagram and the seller sent me the wrong size. I contacted them to get a return address and they flatly refused, spoke to the bank and apparently they can’t issue a charge back as I still have the goods. What if any is course of action to take as am left very frustrated, efforts to sell the shoes have not yielded yet and it’s been a month already.

Question for you, why buy from Instagram ?
Dont buy from Instagram or Facebook unless you can afford to lose the money.2 -
