Hey,
Just wondering what people's opinion is on fernox leak sealer? Does it destroy boiler components etc?
Have a slow leak on a combi which needs filling up every 2 months.

I've never used it but I can't see that it would cause any issues. If it's a long term fix or not, I'm not sure though. Is it definitely a leak an not a failing expansion vessel / PRV?1

It's definitely not the PRV as no water is dripping and pressure doesn't go really high.
I've checked all rads and ceilings and no sign of a leak.
I'm getting a gas engineer to check the boiler and the heat exchanger for a leak first and then may think about leak seal to see if it helps.0 -
If you are gonna use a leak sealer CT1 is the best out thereI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0
