There are no step by step guides , this isn't a legal forum , it's a parking charge notice forum !

There are examples posted in other recent and completed court claim threads , so you can look at theirs

Your wife is the defendant , so it's her witness statement , not yours

I hope you realise that a witness ( you ) cannot be her lay representative , so as a witness you cannot speak unless spoken to !

But you can write your own witness statement and sign it , as a third party witness, she can add your WS to her bundle , you can be present on the video it telephone call hearing , but only as a witness to your own statement , to confirm its contents

Or you can be her lay rep but not a witness at all ! It's one or the other , not both

Hi I have emailed my witness statement to the County court the case has been assigned to and to the claimants solicitors will this suffice or do I need to post a copy too? Thank you.
