Interesting point about the EPCs Doozergirl. Despite replacing a 40 year old back boiler with a modern combi one, replacing windows and updating the lights, the estate agent reckons that we won’t achieve the next point up.0

Earlier it was mentioned about snagging survey. I noticed on the stairs that there were brush strokes on the wooden stairs, would that be something to be brought up or leave it as I probably would put carpet down.

Just an update and query.
Both parties have agreed to new price and my EA has issued a memorandum of sale but the EA dealing with my purchase hasn’t as yet and said give him a couple of days but it’s almost a week. Is this document important? Should I be concerned about the EA behaviour?0 -

Thanks, I only spoke to the EA yesterday afternoon and confirmed he had notified the solicitor about the renegotiated price of £670k. Have called him and left a message about what’s going on with the listing having an increased price.0

I spoke with the designer and confirms that solar PV roof surface is small so no real benefit.0
