Conditions of entry

1. This prize draw (the "Promotion") is only open to UK residents, excluding employees and agents of (a) the Promoter or (b) any company connected with the production or distribution of this Promotion, as well as their relatives or members of their family or household.
2. The prize draw is open to UK residents over 18 years of age. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request. By entering the Promotion you are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered
4. The Promotion is free to enter and entrants can enter via the competition page. Only one entry will be accepted per person or email address.
5. The Promotion will start at 00:01 on 12/04/2021 and the closing time/date for the Promotion is 23:59 on 09/05/2021.

Winner

1. There will be one winner who will be selected in a random draw by an independent judge from all eligible entries, held on 09/05/2021. The winner(s) will be notified by the Promoter by email within one week of this date and will be given details of how to accept their prize. Failure by the winner(s) to accept the prize in the manner specified within one week of the Promoter's email will make any claim invalid and the Promoter will then select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries who will be contacted as above.

4. The prize is non-negotiable, non-endorsable, and non-transferable and has no cash value.
5. Return flights are for travel from London to Saint Lucia for two people, travelling in economy. Any extras will be chargeable, including but not limited to additional baggage or seats selection. Prize winner must be one of the people travelling. Flights are not available during peak travel times including UK school holiday periods and blackout dates apply.
6. The prize including flights are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be changed once booked. Travellers must arrange comprehensive medical insurance cover for themselves for the duration of their trip.
7. Saint Lucia Tourism Authority and The Landings Resort & Spa make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at the destination.
8. Compliance with any health, travel protocols or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and companion.
9. The winner and their chosen companion must comply with all relevant customs, travel protocols, security and immigration requirements, including appropriate passport and visa requirements. The prize winner and their companion are responsible for holding a passport with at least six months validity remaining after the return to the UK and must organise relevant visas where required. UK passport holders do not require a visa to visit Saint Lucia. Saint Lucia Tourism Authority and The Landings Resort & Spa will not be responsible for any passenger’s failure to comply with these requirements.
10. The prize does NOT include any insurance, travel to and from London Gatwick airport, or any travel or other expenses during the trip unless otherwise stated. Any out of pocket expenses (such as phone, room service, drinks purchases, gifts and food) are not included in the prize.
11. There is no cash alternative or alternative holiday and the prize is non-transferable.
12. Saint Lucia Tourism Authority and The Landings Resort & Spa shall not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages or losses suffered by the entrant or a third party.
13. Entrants agree to provide reasonable cooperation to allow the Promoter to use the name and/or likeness of the winner for advertising and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion including but not limited to publication of the winner's name and photograph on the Promoter’s websites. In addition, by submitting an entry and in consideration of the Promoter granting a right to enter the Promotion, entrants agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to any materials contained in the entry (including but not limited to text, images or video materials) (the “Materials”) worldwide and/or to incorporate the Materials in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in the Materials. By submitting Materials to the competition, an entrant:

General
