in Credit cards
I was sent a refund in December to my credit card. It never arrived so eventually the credit card company did a chargeback. The original company have now recharged me to their account as they say I have had 2 refunds now and are chasing me for payment. Credit card company insist it never arrived and company insist that I have had it. What do I do now?

Ask the company to trace the refund via their bank, provide you with the info so you can liaise with your CC company.

Get the company to provide the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) Date & time of the refund. Give that to the credit card co. They can then confirm if it was sent and what happened to it.
