What do these houses normally sell for ?, what do you genuinely think it's worth. It is probably typical of many properties of this type in the area, spend a fortune on it and you will never get the money back. Live in it for 5 years then move on.

Listed 4th March, so not exactly stale.
Several comparables at similar or higher prices, nothing lower. Nothing seems to be lingering on the market.
I doubt you'll get much off.
