I purchased a Gazebo from the Range and within a week all of the joints had started to rust. I phoned and emailed photos and all relevant information about the purchase only to be told I shouldn’t have left it unattended as due to varying weather conditions they can get damaged. In one reply they told me I shouldn’t have used it in the rain. It cost £400 and to be told it shouldn’t be used in the rain is ludicrous, by they’re logic if I’d been stood beside it then the rusting wouldn’t have happened. Unfortunately I’m getting nowhere with them and they’re no longer replying to my emails. What should be my next step?
