Expedia & Resolver - Same Company ?

I'm having issues with Expedia ... and after many months of trying I also raised the issue with Resolver. But my Expedia email bounced back saying "Something went wrong!" and on my online Resolver application I received a response on my portal saying "Something went wrong!". One is a genuine email to my desktop version of Outlook; and one was an actual online portal where I needed to log-on to see the message. Seems like they are the same company ?

I am nowhere near techy so I cannot help you there but in my experience of using resolver, most companies sadly do not respond at all.The tech people are really helpful at resolver though I would give them an email!0
