:mad: in september i booked a mini break to praque for christmas, going with jet2.
i asked about how much is it for bagage and was told that only ryan air charge extra. when i got home i went onto jet2 website and it states that there is an extra charge for bagage, so i went into the travel agents to question this and very rudely was told that is not true, we are travel agents and we should know, so i left it, stupid it know, thought that they had a speacil deal if you booked it through the travel agents, not done this in over ten years. picked up tickets and ask how much allowance am i allowed and ask again about extra cost. i was then told it changed on 10th sepltember that it is £5 per person each way and as i had booked on the 1 september i was not told but i should of got an email, which i did not, the woman told me i coud phone up and add the charge on to my card, she could not help me and she said bye. when i got home i looked at website and it is only £5 if you pay at time of booking, so i will cost me £40 in for me and my boyfriend i am livd, it states on the website i changed april. we sent them a email and ABTA on moday but not heard anything back from them.
