Wireless speaker that works with Amazon Echo?

Hi all,
I currently have two Amazon Echos (one in my bedroom and one in the kitchen). Most days I play music out of both of them via a speaker group I created on Spotify (over the wifi). However, I would love to be able to hear the same music in the bathroom too (where there is nowhere to plug an echo in). Does anybody know if it's possible to play music via Spotify through a speaker group that is made up of two echos and a wireless speaker? 

Apologies if my question doesn't make that much sense, I'm not too familiar with tech stuff so have no idea it's possible.

You can Bluetooth a speaker to an echo if you have one in range of your bathroom.

I think you can buy a battery pack for your Alexa  therefore eliminating the need for a power socket.
