To be in with a chance to win, send in an image of you celebrating something you haven't had the chance to do for months! Playing games, sitting in the pub garden, taking a picnic with friends and family, show us what made a memorable moment.

Then submit a short story – maximum 300 characters - on why this moment is special to you. Make your entry as feelgood as possible!

TalkTalk First Time in a Long Time on Heart, April 2021 – Specific Rules.

1.    The First Time in a Long Time promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from 12th April to 25th April on Heart Network. Global is the Promoter. TalkTalk is the promotion partner.
2.    IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.

Details of the Promotion:

3.    To enter the Promotion you must: go online to the Promotion entry page at https://win.heart.co.uk/talktalk-show-us-2021/
a.    Register your details; 
b.    Upload a photo that depicts how you are enjoying spending your time since some UK lockdown restrictions were lifted on 12th April 2021.
c.    Add a short description of why the moment in the picture you have uploaded is special to you in 300 characters or less.
4.    Entry photographs must be a maximum size of 20MB. 
5.    Entries deemed by us to be rude, offensive, defamatory, illegal or condoning dangerous behaviour will be removed from the Promotion.
6.    Online entry will open at 00:01 on 12th April 2021 and close at 23:59 on 25th April 2021. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.
7.    Within 7 days of the closing time of the Promotion, all eligible entries will be entered into a draw and one entry will be selected at random as our winner. If the entry selected at random as our winner does not match the theme/entry requirements of the promotion it will be disregarded and a new entry will be selected at random as our winner.
8.    Our winning entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives via email or telephone on the details on which you entered. If such winner does not respond within 28 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize and we shall be entitled to select another winner from the original list of entries. That subsequent winner must respond to the notification email within 28 days of the date on which they are notified, or they will also forfeit the prize.
9.    By submitting your entry to this Promotion, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of all individuals that feature in your submission (in the case of children under the age of 18, you have obtained the consent of the child’s parent/guardian) and agree to notify us immediately if their consent is withdrawn at any time.
10.    We and TalkTalk may publish and publicise your submission and name and we may refer to your association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion.

12.    The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry.
13.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion.

Prize: 

14.     One winning entrant will win a UK Family Staycation including:
•    Return travel for two adults and two children to Carlisle 
•    5 Night’s accommodation for two adults and two children in a family suite in 
•    Augill Castle, Carlisle 
•    Breakfast for two adults and two children in the hotel restaurant each 
•    morning 
•    Dinner for two adults and two children in the hotel restaurant each evening 
•    Go Ape experience for two adults and two children 
•    Day bike and helmet hire for two adults and two children 
Prize Details: 
15.    Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes the Christmas holiday period, Valentine’s day/weekend, Easter weekend and all other bank holiday weekends in the UK. Must be booked at least 6 weeks in advance. If trip cannot be taken during 2021, it can be taken in 2022. 
16.    Your prize includes a travel allowance so you can travel to the prize location. The allowance covers a round trip (in the car) of a maximum 1600 miles. If you live further than this from the prize location, the travel allowance will be provided to you as a contribution towards your travel expenses. 
17.    You will be staying in a family suite at Auguill Castle on a bed and breakfast basis. Stay is subject to availability at time of booking. 
18.    Bike and helmet hire will be provided on chosen day and will be delivered and collected from the castle accommodation. 
19.    Go Ape experience is based on 2 adults and 2 children enjoying a 2 hour tree top adventure experience. Subject to availability at time of booking. If children are under the age of 8 an alternative experience can be arranged. 
20.    Your dinners are based on 2 adults and 2 children enjoying a 2-course meal from the main menu including soft drinks, mineral water and coffee. 
21.    Prize must be claimed and booked by the winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them. 
22.    Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. 
23.    The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable. No cash alternative is available except in our sole discretion.
24.    We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

Data Protection:
26.    Your personal data will be collected and processed by us, our licensees (including Communicorp UK Limited and Quidem Limited), TalkTalk as well as the prize providers, and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Phone-paid Services Authority, Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes.
27.    We may hold your personal data for a period of 2 years in order to comply with our regulatory obligations. 
28.    You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us or our Promotional Partners when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we and/or our Promotional Partners (as applicable) will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see our Privacy Policy for more details). You can opt out at any time. 
29.    We, the Promotion Partners and the prize providers may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
30.    By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy before entering any Promotion.
31.    You may request the removal of  your personal details from our database by contacting privacy@global.com. If you request that your personal details be removed prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
32.    If you are required to submit a guest(s)/travel companion(s) personal data to enter a Promotion, you must ensure that your guest(s)/travel companion(s)  have given you consent to provide us with their personal data.
