I took all 4 screws off and cut through the silicone and grout ( right hand side is so hard to cut through though) but the panel still hard to be removed I felt the wooden board under the tiles are also glued nicely on the back, what can I do? Break the tiles? Please help.

It looks like it was installed without any thought to being able to remove it easily in the future. Sealant makes a good glue. Good luck - I think you will need it!1

If I am right you didn't give a answer to my question, but thanksMurmansk said:It looks like it was installed without any thought to being able to remove it easily in the future. Sealant makes a good glue. Good luck - I think you will need it!0 -
Remove the screws and sealant as best you can and then pull very hard on the bit you have shown on the photo. You'll almost certainly break some tiles and possibly the board they are attached to.1
