Door Security

I live in a block of flats and the front and back security door have stopped working I reported it two week a go someone to look at it came last week however the door was not fix. And today random person selling cloths came to door. What legal right do I have.

    Are you an owner? A tenant? Which country are we talking about?

    In any event, a week isn't an unreasonably long time to wait for something as non-urgent as this to be fixed.

    Especially given last weekend was Easter, so we've had at most eight working days in the fortnight since it was reported.
