I live in a block of flats and the front and back security door have stopped working I reported it two week a go someone to look at it came last week however the door was not fix. And today random person selling cloths came to door. What legal right do I have.

Legally, you do not have to buy any cloths if you do not want to. Just say 'no thanks mate, i've got enough cloths already'.8

Are you an owner? A tenant? Which country are we talking about?
In any event, a week isn't an unreasonably long time to wait for something as non-urgent as this to be fixed.1
