I know that one 😉 I have some £cial tasks that need doing that aren’t getting done …. - OPs to mortgage = £12,148 Interest saved £5,738 to date
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

I also started an application for agency work yesterday but they called during park run today😂 hopefully I can catch up with that later, that’s something I have also been putting off for ages…

(If took bigger lump sum = 54.5K or 42.7%)
4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise)
