    Hope the weather was kind.

It's been a really hot and sticky day today. It's rained here late on but I was grateful. Hope you managed to get your walk in.

Thank you all! We had a walk and a picnic before it started to get cloudy, still dry at mine then so my washing was dry. It was torrential here for about ten minutes around six. Nice to catch up and no spends required, I was tempted by a rose bush but decided to wait.

Plodding on through the week, work is not going well and I am wondering why I moved! Lots of nasty catty folk which is a shame as most of the residents are lovely as are many of the staff but I think I will have to look elsewhere. Still the pay is so bad the only way is up!

In other news due to feeling down I have been forcing myself to run, I was going to do parkrun this morning but it was raining so I will just head out now instead.  Rain is off so first load of washing is out and next is doing it’s thing in the machine.

I am aiming to tidy up my attic room this weekend as it’s an embarrassment right now. Found an old bank with some money in it so £12.90 has been added to my adventuring fund for days out, found £20 last night so looking good - El does her’s cash whereas I usually keep mine in an account but this is nice and forgettable 😂

Hope you have a great weekend all!
