    1) MFW Nov 21 £202K now £172.5K Equity 36.11%
    2) £1.8K Net savings after CCs 13/9/25
    3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £26.8K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.2K) = 32.6/£127.5K target 25.6% 13/9/25
    (If took bigger lump sum = 54.5K or 42.7%)
    4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise)
    (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)

    What-if scenarios?

    Hoping your cat came in?! I think there is something that gets into them at this time of year, this side of the summer solstice - ours is being less present in the evenings and keeps looking disappointed when we leave the garden to come back into the house (you know to eat, sleep etc like humans have to! 😂)

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £232,244
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,148  Interest saved £5,738 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 50 books of target 52 in 2025, as @ 13th September
    Produce tracker: £389 of £300 in 2025

    Mainly if I took my pension earlier than 60, different amounts at each age so then if I paid x off then hit the mortgage when would I be mortgage free etc. But then what if I waited and took it later (more money, larger lump sum…) and what if I join an agency and take some extra shifts…

    My cat loves it when I am in the garden with her, although if I am sitting she tends to just sit under my chair😂

    So today I took something back and requested a refund from supermarket, I hate doing returns but it was £20 for something that didn’t work in my house. I fully expected to be questioned on why I was returning it but they just refunded it, don’t know why I was so worried 😂
    Spent more than planned in another supermarket as I had a money off coupon over a certain amount so bought loo roll, washing powder etc and stocked up.

    👏 for doing the return! 😊 I wind myself up like that too. My cress arrived frozen and therefore inedible (think green, slightly smelly mush). I should have rung Mr T and told them but couldn’t face the call for 69p …. But how long would that have taken in QM33 surveys!
