    As at 15.08.25:
    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £232,244
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,148  Interest saved £5,738 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 50 books of target 52 in 2025, as @ 13th September

    Wee walk today with a friend, top photo was our picnic spot view and the other was one of the lochs we saw. Lovely day and no money spent.
     I have cancelled my expensive hair appointment in favour of a box dye and a cut instead - £50 better off!
