It’s so cold here today, I have the heating on , two blankets and a cat, ds has just made me a cup of tea and I am still cold. Perhaps I need more cats…

No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

I usually run or dance though LWAP but still don’t feel up to it. Strav@ has just kindly sent me an email saying this time last month I had done 5 workouts this month 0. I walked into town and back today my first sort of exercise this year and that was enough!I did treat myself today to a lovely wee vase by a local potter and some flowers but I’m worth it😂
