Barclays Smart Investor for ETF portfolio - any experiences?

I'm weighing up a few options for an ISA transfer out from a robo-advisor platform (has done well over the last few years but looking to trim fees and consolidate a little). iWeb and Lloyds are contenders, but just come across Barclays who I already have a current account with.
The plan is to transfer a lump and for that to be a buy and hold for the long-term, an ETF such as VWRL or the HSBC one (still need to research and decide which on this front), but essentially charges will be 0.1% platform charge, and 0.12-0.2% for whichever ETF(s) I choose which makes it good value in my eyes compared to current charges of around 0.9%.
I'm aware of Fidelity as being another good option for this strategy (thanks @Alexland) but Barclays currently has a ISA transfer cashback promotion which makes it doubly good!
Does my plan seem sensible and does anyone have positive or negative experiences of Barclays as a platform? Not looking for anything fancy, I am very used to interactive investor already.
