The terms and conditions above show the agreement between Landlord of the carpark and building and Link parking. The front sheet of the document only contains the name, address and telephone number of the landlord and the date of the agreement in 2018.0

Is there a signature page of the contract/agreement?0

Yep, we need to show the signature etc page0

This is like pulling teeth. Yet again we have only been shown part of the document we asked to see.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Yes, but the signature page has the landlord's name, address and phone number.0

So what? None of that is your personal data. Is the landlord also the landowner? Is the landowner a company registered at Companies House? Do you know how to check if a contract complies with sections 43 and 44 of the Companies Act 2006?
Please believe us, we know what we are doing.
Show it, and possibly get some useful advice, or don't show it and go with what you have so far. I have spotted something I think is relevant but I can't be sure without seeing the other side.
It's your decision.

That's useless without knowing the name of the client and the names of the signatories.
It fails S 44 of the Companies Act but may or may not fail S43 as I can't search Companies House for any names.

It's called CHAPS Group Ltd but the address is where the car park is and that building is no longer in existence. The agreement will also have expired as 24 Dec 2019 was the last date of occupancy by anyone. The building is/was scheduled for demolition I believe.0

Armhh said:Apologies, I wasn't sure if it was appropriate to post anyone's details here. Thank you for taking the time to look at this. I do appreciate it. The Client's name is a Ltd company though, but gives the name of an individual and phone number too.
Are you going to show us then?
Is it page 1 of the alleged contract because page two has punch holes but the above page does not.
Is there a site map showing positions of signs?

Please, for the final time: do not redact ANYTHING from the contract. Nothing. Zip. Zilch. Nada
You are making this 10x harder than necessary.
As qabove, why does the schedule have a load of punch holes and this does not? It doesnt look like the same document, prduced at the same time.1
